Description
Diede Construction, Inc. is soliciting subcontractor bids for tenant improvements at the Transworld Office Building for the San Joaquin County Office of Education. The project requires furnishing and installing the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the assigned trade scope in accordance with the plans, specifications, addenda, and applicable local codes and jurisdictions. The sample subcontract materials indicate requirements for scheduling and coordination, site protection and cleanup, prevailing-wage compliance, certified payroll and apprenticeship documentation, warranties and operation and maintenance manuals, licensing, and possible performance or material bonds. Subcontractors must also satisfy specified insurance requirements, including general liability, automobile liability, workers’ compensation/employer’s liability, additional-insured and waiver-of-subrogation provisions, with other coverages applying when relevant to the scope. The attached subcontract and insurance documents are expressly samples and do not identify the project-specific trade scope, pricing, or final submission package.
