Description
The City of Brampton is seeking a design-build contractor to replace three elevators at City Hall. The contractor will lead the project through planning, design, construction, commissioning, project close-out, and a two-year warranty period after substantial performance. Substantial completion is scheduled for March 2028, and the estimated contract duration is 17 months. The procurement is an open competitive opportunity under Canadian trade agreements.
