This presolicitation notice concerns an unrestricted, competitive, firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a three-bay aircraft maintenance hangar supporting the Royal Singapore Air Force F-35 program at Ebbing Air National Guard Base. The project includes a two-story steel-framed, reinforced-concrete hangar with a slab-on-grade foundation and membrane roof system, along with aircraft maintenance, corrosion-control, and fuel-systems maintenance bays. The facility will also include storage for wash equipment, radar verification equipment, Singapore-specific aircraft maintenance equipment and supplies, offices and administrative areas, shops, support space for the F-35 Autonomic Logistics Information System, a centralized tool room, compressed-air, bathroom, electrical, mechanical, telecommunications, and janitorial spaces. The estimated construction price range is $25 million to $100 million, with an estimated duration of 1,215 calendar days. The procurement is unrestricted and will result in one contract; no contract will be awarded from this presolicitation notice.
