Description
The U.S. Army is soliciting snow and ice removal services at the Romney United States Army Reserve Center. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and related resources required to perform the work in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and site map. The scope includes addressing damage or buildup associated with salt, chemical ice-melting operations, and sand on lawns or planting areas, while protecting curbs, soil, lawns, shrubs, fences, gates, and handrails. The contractor should review the areas with the Contracting Officer's Representative before the first storm to validate current conditions. This is an active solicitation following an earlier sources-sought notice. The anticipated contract is a firm-fixed-price requirements contract with one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The procurement is classified under NAICS 561790 and is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under FAR 19.5. Responses must be submitted by email and include a capability statement, CAGE code, UEI, and the NAICS size standard; no hard-copy or facsimile submissions will be accepted.
