Description
This solicitation is for a thermal CAT Camera System required by the NH Air National Guard. The system includes a 4-channel Network Video Recorder (NVR) with 2TB storage and a 4G LTE cellular router, two IP PTZ cameras (4MP, low light, 25x zoom, 4.8mm-120mm lens with IR), and one IP Bi-Spectrum thermal camera with active deterrence. The requirement also includes mounting brackets, a junction back box, three 2-year Software as a Service (SaaS) CORE licenses, and comprehensive installation, programming, and testing of all equipment. The items are to be delivered Free On Board (FOB) Destination to 302 Newmarket Street, Newington, NH 03803. Award will be made on a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) basis to the responsible quoter whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous on price and technical acceptability, with no discussions anticipated.
