Description
The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard has a requirement for various GEMS Sensors brand cable assemblies. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria. The requirement is brand name mandatory to GEMS Sensors due to requiring specific characteristics and being direct replacement parts for existing GEMS Sensors parts. Quotations received that represent a different manufacturer will not be considered for award. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and complete all required provisions.
