Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR part 12 and simplified acquisition procedures under FAR 13. The requirement is for Kwikmark system parts and components, specifically identified as a brand-name mandatory requirement due to direct replacement needs for existing equipment and systems. The solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and quotes will be evaluated using the lowest price technically acceptable criteria. Potential contractors will be screened for responsibility. The place of manufacture/country of origin is required, and quotes must include freight pricing. Delivery is to the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine.
