Description
The City of Oak Harbor is soliciting bids for the Well No. 9 Drilling and Testing Project. The work involves constructing a new well on the same parcel to replace the existing Well No. 9 and developing an emergency groundwater supply, in accordance with the project’s contract provisions, plans, and any issued addenda. The estimated construction cost is $180,000 to $220,000. Bids must be submitted on the form provided with the bid documents and accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashier’s check, or proposal bond payable to the City of Oak Harbor in an amount of at least 5% of the total proposal amount. Award is intended for the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
