Description
Community Transit is seeking quotes for 124 line items of brand-specific and non-brand-specific bus parts for midlife work on its 2017 New Flyer XD60 coaches. Vendors may quote some or all line items, and awards may be made to multiple vendors based on the lowest responsive and responsible quote for each line item. Brand-specific items must match the listed brand, model, and item number; alternate, generic, or private-label products may be rejected. Non-brand-specific parts must meet or exceed original-equipment standards. Prices must include prepaid freight to the designated Parts Department, and all units for an awarded line item must ship complete without partial shipments and arrive by November 2, 2026. The solicitation is a one-time purchase, with a minimum 90-day warranty on delivered materials and workmanship.
