Description
The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is seeking proposals from firms certified as Minority Business Enterprises by the Authority for a four-year task order program covering one or more of four categories: Engineering Financial Services; Digital Transformation; Professional Services; and Content, Information, and Compliance Management. Services may include budget and financial performance analysis, contract and invoice support, digital transformation and data initiatives, procurement and contract administration, diversity-compliance support, and engineering information and document management. The Authority may retain multiple firms, and specific work will be issued through future task orders without a guaranteed minimum of services. The proposal must use the Authority-provided editable proposal template and forms. Required materials include the completed cover sheet, signed Agreement on Terms of Discussion, Company Profile, staff and firm qualifications and experience, MBE/WBE/SDVOB Participation Plan, cost multiplier and salary schedule, and a conflict-of-interest statement when applicable. The proposal package must be uploaded through Bonfire; email, hand delivery, and mail are not accepted. The solicitation requires specified insurance coverages, including commercial general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation and employers' liability, and professional liability insurance.
