Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting a firm-fixed-price purchase order for 723 cases of fresh, whole, U.S. Grade A large shell eggs, packed 15 dozen per case. Deliveries are required weekly, every Wednesday, during the October 1–December 31, 2026, performance period, with quantities subject to weekly adjustment by the Food Service Administrator. Delivery charges, transportation, fuel, handling, and other costs must be included in the evaluated price. The quotation will be evaluated on compliance with the egg specifications and delivery schedule, total evaluated price, and relevant past performance involving delivery timeliness, order accuracy and completeness, and product condition. The acquisition is a total small-business set-aside, and the Government anticipates making one award. Quotations must include the completed Quote Cover Sheet and all required quotation information, including the solicitation number, offeror information, UEI, applicable EFT indicator, evaluation information, required representations and certifications, and agreement with the solicitation terms.
