Description
Raymore-Peculiar School District is soliciting bids for three trailers: a 16-foot enclosed cargo trailer, a 22-foot tilt trailer, and a 22-foot equipment trailer. The specifications include defined GVWR ratings, axles, brakes, couplers, lighting, flooring, ramps, storage, safety equipment, finishes, and warranty requirements. The enclosed trailer also requires options including a light-gray color, ladder rack, E-track, and upper and lower aluminum cabinets in the V-nose. The dealer must install all accessories and options before delivery. Alternates are permitted, but supporting documentation must be submitted. Bidders must provide unit pricing and submit the proposal in the prescribed format, signed by an authorized company officer, with one paper set and one PDF copy on a thumb drive.
