Description

The Town of Ellicottville is seeking a single Managed Service Provider to consolidate municipal IT infrastructure and support services under one agreement. The scope includes daily IT operations, remote and onsite support as needed, network and systems management, Microsoft 365 administration, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery, firewall and network security, monitoring, maintenance, and service-level commitments for incident acknowledgment. The Police Department and Court staff are expected to be included; Village Public Works, Water, and Sewer Departments are excluded. Hardware replacement and execution of future migration work are excluded from the initial engagement. The selected provider must inventory the Town's technology environment and develop a Centralization and Migration Strategy, including unified architecture, governance, baseline standards, a phased roadmap, and budgetary estimates for future implementation. The Network Centralization and Migration deliverable must be priced as a firm fixed fee, while future implementation costs are budgetary only. Proposers must identify assumptions regarding service hours, third-party software and licensing, cybersecurity, backup, Microsoft 365, and onsite support. The Town has not established a budget or minimum insurance limits; proposers should state current coverage limits and provide certificates upon request or before award. At least three references are required, and proposed subcontractors or teaming partners may be included and must be identified with their roles.
