Description
Catoosa County Board of Commissioners is soliciting sealed bids for a hardware-and-licensing-only virtual infrastructure refresh. The required solution includes three 24-core host hypervisors, 768 GiB of memory per host with expansion capacity, specified processor performance, and one all-flash SAN with at least 50 TiB of usable storage and room to add at least 10 TiB without replacing the array or drives. The bid must also include three years of VMware VVF licensing, Windows Server 2022 Datacenter with Software Assurance, 400 Windows Server 2022 user client access licenses, and five years of 24/7 hardware support with four-hour on-site response. Bidders must complete the bid fee form and submit the required affidavits, W-9, business-license or occupational-tax documentation, and vendor identification information. The solicitation requires two sealed copies and includes insurance, licensing, and Georgia work-authorization requirements.
