Description
Catoosa County is soliciting a turnkey replacement of the existing rooftop chiller at the Catoosa County Colonnade. The selected contractor must provide a similar-tonnage air-cooled chiller with low-ambient capability and sound dampening, remove and dispose of the existing chiller and associated mechanical and electrical equipment, and furnish all labor, materials, equipment, rigging, permits, engineering, and supervision required for a complete installation. The scope includes chilled-water piping modifications, valves, insulation, electrical service integration, a central web-enabled control system integrated with the building automation system, refrigerant monitoring, startup assistance, functional and load testing, system balancing, decibel testing, documentation, training, and cleanup. The contractor must provide equipment submittals, O&M manuals, warranty information, maintenance terms, a minimum one-year installation warranty, equipment lead time, and an installation schedule. The contractor must be capable of responding to service calls within one hour and may not subcontract without the County's written consent.
