Description
The City of LaFayette seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide on-call grant management, grant administration, project management, compliance, and implementation support for municipal projects. Services include grant research and strategy, application development, post-award administration, reimbursement support, reporting, procurement assistance, project oversight, implementation coordination, and closeout. The City intends to establish a nonexclusive, task-order-based agreement for three years, with up to two optional one-year extensions. No minimum amount of work is guaranteed; each task order will define its scope, schedule, budget, compensation, and applicable grant conditions. Proposals will be evaluated based on firm experience and track record, key personnel qualifications, methodology and implementation plan, project execution capability, and fee structure. Responses must include required certifications, including debarment and suspension, applicable anti-lobbying, non-collusion, and the required Georgia contractor affidavit or legally permitted alternative.
