Description
The City of Cleveland is soliciting sealed bids for the Bower Lane Sidewalk Improvement Project. The work includes approximately 940 linear feet of sidewalk, driveways, and curb ramps along the east side of Bower Lane; approximately 360 linear feet of sidewalk and curb ramp along the south side of Blythe Avenue; and new stormwater drainage infrastructure along a section of Bower Lane. The contract requires all labor, materials, and services necessary for the project. Davis-Bacon Act minimum wage rates and applicable Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act requirements apply because the project is funded through the Community Development Block Grant program. Each bidder must submit bid security of at least 5% of the bid on the provided form. No builder's risk insurance is required.
