Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking procurement and delivery of new OEM ceiling-mounted patient lifts and related equipment for an emergency department expansion. The requirement includes bariatric 1,000-pound patient lifts, patient lifts with right- and left-hand baths, carry bars, charger holders, trolleys, track strips, ceiling brackets, connector brackets, end caps, end stops, transfer gates, ramps, and associated installation hardware/material. One set of stamped structural calculations and drawings is also required. This is a material procurement and delivery requirement only; installation is expressly excluded. The contractor must provide new OEM goods, and gray-market or remanufactured items are not acceptable. Quotes must address all line items on an all-or-nothing basis, provide technical specifications or brochures for the products offered, complete the pricing schedule, and complete FAR 52.225-2 Buy American certification. Delivery is FOB destination, with the exact delivery location to be specified upon award.
