Description
The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Motorola Solutions for LMR subscriber access on the Motorola South Carolina Palmetto Land Mobile Radio System. The anticipated award is a firm-fixed-price purchase order under FAR Part 13 simplified acquisition procedures. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. Vendors that believe they can meet the requirement may submit a capability statement for agency consideration; the Government will determine whether to open the requirement to competition. No RFQ is available.
