Description
This Request for Information seeks industry capability information for commercially leased Ground Entry Points (GEPs) supporting the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture. Respondents should describe existing and planned global GEP footprints, military Ka-band antennas, geographic coverage, antenna performance, tracking, rain-fade mitigation, integration with government ground systems, and schedules for developing, testing, and transitioning new or existing sites to operations. The stated technical baseline includes greater than 98% availability, 14 Gbps total downlink capacity, military Ka-band communications, 12 orbital planes, nine space vehicles per plane, and approximately 1,000-kilometer spacecraft altitude. Responses should also address spectrum and regulatory approvals, interoperability and digital intermediate-frequency interfaces, cybersecurity and information assurance, data isolation, RMF/ATO processes, service-level agreements, mission prioritization, commercial billing models, lease durations, availability and latency metrics, integration costs, and other cost drivers.
