Description
Lafayette Consolidated Government's Wastewater Collection Division is requesting bids for the as-needed supply and delivery of filcrete. Pricing must remain firm for one year from the contract date, with an option to renew for one additional year under the same terms and conditions. The bid must be submitted on the provided quotation form and include a $500 bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check, along with a Corporate Resolution or Certificate of Authority authorizing the signer. The award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder complying with the bid documents. DBE participation is strongly encouraged.
