Description
Solebury Township is accepting sealed bids for Bid #2026-001, which includes curbline milling of approximately 4,400 square yards and installation of Superpave wearing course of approximately 1,650 tons. The project is subject to Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 422. Bids must be submitted electronically via the PennBid system. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment, and maintenance bonds each at 100% of the contract price, as well as insurance and compliance with the Public Works Employment Verification Act (E-Verify).
