PNM's proposed 2027–2029 Transportation Electrification Program is a $32.95 million initiative intended to expand electric vehicle adoption and charging infrastructure across New Mexico. The program includes customer incentives, education, market transformation, and program support services. PNM is seeking information from qualified contractors that can help implement, manage, and evaluate program offerings designed to reduce barriers to transportation electrification and support long-term market growth. Approximately 40% of funding is intended for low-income customers and underserved communities. This is a request for information rather than a solicitation for an immediate contract award.
