Description
San Diego Workforce Innovation High School is requesting Category 1 proposals for six 1 Gbps fiber-optic internet circuits at six locations in San Diego County. Each circuit must include a /29 block of static public IPv4 addresses, with five usable externally facing addresses, and bidders must identify whether service is already available at each location or whether construction is required. Proposals must include the Form 470 number, the bidder’s Service Provider Identification Number, sample contracts unless month-to-month service is proposed, complete recurring and one-time pricing, taxes and surcharges, installation or construction costs, ineligible-service pricing, and the bidder’s E-Rate compliance experience. Pricing is requested for 12-, 24-, and 36-month terms, with two optional one-year renewals; month-to-month proposals will also be considered. The school will evaluate price primarily, along with compatibility, prior experience, E-Rate experience, and proposal completeness.
