Description
Provide commercial shipyard services to haul out, safely block and support, and relaunch a 64-foot U.S. Coast Guard aids-to-navigation boat. The contractor must provide the necessary labor, equipment, facilities, and support, including safe access to the hull and holding the vessel in the water after relaunch so the hull penetration can be checked for leaks. The Coast Guard will deliver and operate the vessel and will provide personnel to replace the fathometer system; the new fathometer is government-furnished. The work is to be completed within three days of the vessel's arrival at the contractor's facility. Quotes are evaluated on technical capability, relevant recent past performance, and price.
