Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price agreement to DiaSorin, Inc. for full-service maintenance and support of a DiaSorin LIAISON XL Analyzer, including the proprietary software, replacement parts, maintenance, and technical support needed to maintain the equipment’s specifications and operational capability. The notice states that DiaSorin is the sole manufacturer and exclusive provider of the required equipment and support. This is not a request for competitive quotations; interested parties may submit capability information demonstrating that they can meet the requirement.
