Description
The Indiana Department of Administration, acting on behalf of the Indiana State Library Consortium, is soliciting Internet access, WAN connectivity, and standalone data transmission services for participating public libraries throughout Indiana. The requirements include symmetrical, scalable bandwidth ranging from approximately 10 Mbps to 10 Gbps for Internet access and WAN connectivity, and up to 2 Gbps for standalone data transmission. Services must provide guaranteed throughput to each library location, laddered pricing, and no monthly data caps or metered-use speed reductions. Installation and initial configuration are required, and the project is contingent on receiving E-Rate funding. The State intends to award one or more contracts for an initial four-year term with no renewals. Proposals must include the required executive summary, cost, business, technical, attestation, infrastructure, and artificial-intelligence technical materials, along with the specified supporting documents and reference check forms. Responses must be submitted electronically through the State Supplier Portal.
