Description
Fremont County School District #25 is seeking a professional-services partner to provide high-intensity, job-embedded coaching and strategic implementation support for Riverton High School. The work will build sustainable internal capacity among administrators, instructional leaders, teachers, and staff rather than provide only standalone workshops or passive technical assistance. The scope includes support for Multi-Tiered Systems of Supports and behavior, Building Leadership Team development, professional learning communities and student-achievement data analysis, standards-based grading, explicit instruction, short-cycle assessments, bell-to-bell engagement, school climate, student engagement, attendance, restorative classroom connections, student-led workshops, and differentiated interventions. Services involving district personnel must include in-person methodologies, although a hybrid virtual/in-person approach is permitted; services may not be exclusively virtual. Proposals must address the full scope, provide monthly and annual not-to-exceed costs, describe organizational capacity and relevant experience, identify proposed personnel and qualifications, and include a signed cover letter. Proposals are limited to 20 pages, including resumes, appendices, and attachments, and must be submitted as one searchable PDF.
