Description
The Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries is requesting an annual agreement for as-needed HVAC maintenance and repair services at its Shipping Point facilities. The scope includes one annual preventive-maintenance service, weekday service calls from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., nights-and-weekends service, mechanical technician labor, parts, and shipping costs. The contractor must be certified to work on AHRI, Tempstar, Goodman, and HVAC equipment. Emergency response must be within two hours, and the company must be located within a 75-mile radius. The identified equipment includes an AHRI-certified unit, a Tempstar interior air handler, and a Goodman unit. The service period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027.
