Description
The Alabama Department of Human Resources is seeking a contractor for a one-time annual inspection of existing video surveillance equipment at its Geneva County office. The equipment includes 20 Honeywell 2MP dome cameras, one 12TB network video recorder, and one eight-port Power over Ethernet switch. The response must include pricing for the annual inspection, a percentage discount for repair or replacement parts and equipment, and an hourly technician labor rate for repairs, including travel for non-standard site visits. The purchase-order period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with payment made in arrears after completion of service and no invoicing before completion.
