Description
The Tennessee Board of Regents seeks janitorial services for the Tennessee College of Applied Technology Murfreesboro main campus and Smyrna campus. Work includes daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning of offices, classrooms, common areas, restrooms, kitchens and breakrooms, entrances, hard-surface floors, and carpeted areas. The contractor must also handle trash and recycling, replenish restroom supplies provided by the institution, perform a final walkthrough, and secure designated areas after cleaning. The institution will provide cleaning supplies, chemicals, paper products, trash liners, and specified cleaning equipment. Bidders must schedule a mandatory onsite evaluation. The bid must include completed and signed Attachments C, D, E, and F. Bids may be submitted by mail or email; the email subject line must read “Bid for RFQ-TBR 27-0009.” The contract begins November 30, 2026, for one year, with extensions in increments of up to one year and a maximum total term of five years.
