Description
The City seeks a contractor for ADA entry upgrades at Patterson Park Recreation Center and Police Headquarters. Work includes replacing or modifying vestibule entrances with automatic sliding glass doors, adding power-assisted access to the recreation center’s indoor pool area and auditorium foyer, and upgrading power-assisted access to the men’s and women’s locker rooms. The project also includes associated construction, electrical coordination, access-control coordination, and related work shown in the drawings and specifications. Bids must include the completed bid form, 5% bid security, contractor licensing information and license copy, contractor responsibility questionnaire, required affidavits and certifications, reference listing, signature sheet, vendor information sheet, W-9, and other required bid materials. The bid bond scan is submitted with the electronic bid; its physical original must be received before award. The solicitation requires at least three similar-project references completed within the past five years. The successful bidder must provide 100% performance and labor-and-material payment bonds and meet the specified insurance requirements.
