Description
The Université de Sherbrooke is seeking one low-temperature electrical testing system for rapid cycling and characterization of electronic, superconducting, cryoelectronic, emerging-memory, and quantum devices after fabrication. The system must operate without cryogenic consumables and achieve a sample temperature of 100 mK or below. The system will be installed near the 3IT microfabrication infrastructure. The estimated contract period is 12 months, and the procurement is an open competitive Request for Proposal.
