Description
The National Research Council Canada is seeking eleven electrometer/high-resistance meters and accessories, specified as Keithley 6517B or equivalent. The equipment will replace existing Keithley electrometers used by the Metrology Research Centre in electrical and ionizing-radiation measurement systems supporting calibration services, standards maintenance, research, and external measurement services. The requested instruments must support low-current and high-resistance measurements with strong signal-to-noise performance, stability, leakage control, guarding, triaxial connectivity, and measurement repeatability. Maintaining compatibility with the existing Keithley-based platform is important because it is integrated with validated measurement systems, software, automation scripts, operating procedures, and quality-system documentation. All deliverables must be received by November 30, 2026; the French document states November 30, 2027, creating a conflicting delivery date that should be clarified.
