Description
NASA's Shared Services Center is conducting a sole-source capability inquiry for a replacement Phenix AC/DC dielectric test system supporting high-power materials research at NASA's Glenn Research Center. The required system must perform AC testing at at least 50 kV and 40 mA and DC testing at at least 100 kV and 10 mA, accommodate ASTM D149 test fixtures, and include at least one ambient-air fixture and one ambient-temperature oil-bath fixture. The system must include Windows 11-compatible control and data-recording software, a Faraday-cage test chamber with safety interlocks, and compatibility with existing calibration and maintenance routines without facility modifications. The stated period of performance is 15–16 months after receipt of order. This notice requests capability statements only; quotations will not be evaluated.
