Description
The U.S. Forest Service is soliciting a firm-fixed-price custodial services contract for its St. Paul Field Office and Annex. The contractor must furnish personnel, materials, equipment, supplies, and incidentals necessary to perform weekly basic cleaning; restroom, shower, and breakroom cleaning three times per week; and periodic cleaning every six months. Services include floor care, trash, recycling and compost removal, entrance and glass cleaning, drinking-fountain cleaning, carpet and mat vacuuming, spot cleaning, laboratory-area trash removal, restroom disinfection and supply stocking, floor stripping and waxing, interior window cleaning, high dusting, wall cleaning, window-covering cleaning, carpet shampooing, and general dusting. Special-request cleaning may also be ordered at separately agreed firm-fixed prices. The contractor must provide industrial cleaning equipment, maintain quality-control and inspection processes, submit a quality-control plan and required reports, identify personnel and subcontracted tasks, and comply with facility-security, background-check, LincPass, emergency-response, and biobased-product requirements. The quotation must include pricing for all base and option line items and address the stated technical evaluation factors, including past performance, quality control, technical approach, staffing, and biobased products.
