Description
The Town of Gilbert is requesting statements of qualifications from architecture and engineering firms for design-bid-build services for the Riparian Distribution Structure project. The project includes constructing an 18-inch reclaimed-water transmission main parallel to the existing main serving seven recharge ponds; expanding and retrofitting the existing distribution structure to accommodate flows of up to 10 million gallons per day; installing SCADA-controlled actuated valves for each pond; and performing earthwork to restore the ponds to their original elevations. Construction must be completed by June 1, 2030. The submission must be a single, PC-readable, non-password-protected PDF uploaded through the Town of Gilbert e-Builder platform. The statement of qualifications must follow the RFQ format, list up to five A/E projects awarded to or completed by the firm during the last five years, and acknowledge all issued addenda in the cover letter. One contract may be awarded to one firm.
