Description
The Centre de services scolaire des Phares is soliciting sealed bids from a contractor to perform roof replacement work at its administrative centre. The work is associated with project 2324-CA-001 and requires the successful contractor to hold any applicable licence required under Quebec's Building Act. Each bid must include bid security equal to 10% of the total bid amount, excluding applicable taxes, in an accepted irrevocable letter of guarantee or bid bond. For paper submissions, certified cheque, money order, or bank draft payable to the public organization may also be used. The estimated contract period is five months.
