Description
Victoria Independent School District is requesting a percentage discount from the successful vendor’s price list for a broad range of in-store, catalog, and online tools and hardware. The scope includes powered and non-powered tools such as drills, saws, screwdrivers, hammers, wrenches, rakes, and shovels, along with related hardware including screws, nuts, bolts, fasteners, and other hand- or power-driven tool products. The district expects local warehouse facilities and sufficient inventory. Most purchases will be made through blanket or open purchase orders, and products must either be available from a Victoria-area company or made available to the district within 24 hours after notification. Vendors must provide catalog numbers, illustrations, specifications, and service data where applicable, maintain the quoted discount throughout the contract period, and itemize list price, discount percentage, and net price on invoices. The initial contract period is November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027, with two possible 12-month extensions.
