Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting quotes from authorized distributors for four Medical Positioning Inc. UltraScan Versa Premier 292 tables, each with a single-pedal braking base, dual push handles, and an IV pole with brackets. Substitutions will not be considered, and the products must be new, FDA-approved, fully operational, and compliant with the Buy American Act. The quote must cover all listed line items and include an authorized reseller letter from Medical Positioning Inc. The contractor must provide delivery, uncrating, assembly, installation, initial setup, removal of packing materials, and related tools and safety equipment. The scope also includes onsite clinical and technical training, competency assessments, integration with VistA CPRS within 90 days of award, inspection and acceptance support, and a five-year manufacturer’s warranty covering parts, labor, travel, and shipping for warranty repairs.
