Description
The City of Kearney, Missouri, is soliciting sealed bids for the Mack Porter Park Connector Shared Use Path. The work includes sidewalk and trail construction, ADA ramps, a rectangular rapid-flashing beacon, storm sewer, asphalt pavement, concrete barrier, commercial driveway, retaining wall, bridge drainage modification, pavement marking, signing, and traffic control. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. Bid security is required in accordance with the bidding documents. The successful contractor will be required to provide a city business license, insurance naming the City of Kearney as an additional insured, a performance bond, prevailing-wage compliance, OSHA training, and participation in the Federal Work Authorization Program. There is no DBE/MBE/WBE goal on the project.
