Description
The St. Helena Fifth Ward Recreation District is soliciting sealed bids for a single-prime contract covering construction of a metal storage building and site improvements at St. Helena Recreation Sports Park. The scope includes paved sidewalks, earthwork, landscaping, associated utilities, and other work identified in the contract documents. Bids will be submitted on a lump-sum and unit-price basis, with additive alternates identified in the Bid Form. Bidders must comply with Louisiana Contractors Licensing Law requirements and hold a Commercial Building Construction classification. A bid bond is required, and bidders must obtain the project bidding documents and submit the provided Bid Forms.
