Description
The Louisiana National Guard’s 61st Troop Command is seeking a contractor to repair and restore a Structural Collapse Venue Simulator at the Joint Emergency Services Training Center. The work includes repairing deteriorated floors, doors, and interior wall sections; installing or replacing OSHA-compliant fixed ladders, guardrails, mid-rails, toe boards, hatches, safety gates, safety chains, and removable fall-protection railings; and addressing other structural and fall-protection hazards across multiple container-based training areas. The contractor must provide all personnel, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and quality control. Work must be performed on site during specified weekday hours, with teleworking unauthorized, and must comply with applicable OSHA requirements. The offer must include pricing for all line items, a capability statement addressing small-business status, CAGE/DUNS information, core competencies, and proposal expiration, plus evidence of applicable licenses or certifications and satisfactory government-contract past performance. A written OSHA-compliance certification is required upon completion, and a quality-control plan is due after award.
