Description
The Massachusetts Air National Guard is soliciting a brand-name-or-equal SCIF breaching kit for the 102d Intelligence Wing and a freestanding SCIF breaching training door. The required items are one Gen 4 pump in a backpack with two batteries, charger, and hose assembly; one long-stroke hydraulic door pusher with a double-sided SCIF head; one hydraulic hinge puller; and one freestanding SCIF breaching training door. The specified part numbers are HRP-BAT-4, HDP11-SCIF, HHP4-SCIF, and TD8038-SCIF-FS, or equal products meeting the product description. This is a single, firm-fixed-price commercial-products purchase with FOB destination delivery. Preferred delivery is 30 days after contract award. Evaluation will consider price, technical conformance, past performance, and delivery schedule. The solicitation is a 100% total small-business set-aside. Quotes must include the completed pricing sheet and be accompanied by an estimated delivery schedule, and must be submitted by email with the solicitation number in the subject line.
