Description
The Independent Electricity System Operator is seeking a single Integrated Facilities Management provider to deliver and coordinate workplace and facility support services through a consolidated service model and single point of accountability. The scope is intended to improve operational efficiency, service consistency, vendor management, and accountability across the organization's facilities portfolio, beginning with the Clarkson facility and potentially expanding to additional locations during the agreement term. Attendance at a mandatory site visit is required, and failure to attend will disqualify a proposal. Proponents must notify the IESO contact of their intent to attend by October 14, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Eastern time, and must execute and return the provided Non-Disclosure Agreement by October 19, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Eastern time. U.S. businesses are ineligible under the stated Ontario procurement restriction, subject to the specified exception for eligible Canadian subsidiaries. The estimated contract period is 60 months.
