Description
This sources-sought notice is market research to identify capable small-business sources for annual inspections of fall protection systems. The draft scope covers installed systems and associated user equipment, including hands-on and visual component checks, torque checks, damage and deformation checks, and minor repairs as needed. The contractor must provide an 85-foot lift and issue a written report documenting system condition and OSHA compliance, with estimates for any repairs that may be required. Work is limited to engineered system components installed by Evan Corporation or manufactured by Capital Safety Group and installed by others. The systems are in a controlled area; government escorts will be coordinated in advance, and non-U.S. citizen workers may not access the area. Responses are limited to five pages and should identify the business, size and socioeconomic status, supporting documentation if claiming a small-business category, and a point of contact. Pricing is not requested, and this response will not be considered for contract award.
