Description
This solicitation is for the purchase of ring seals and metal ring seals for the U.S. Coast Guard's HC-144 aircraft. The requirement is being procured on a sole source basis from GENERAL ELECTRIC CO. (Cage Code 99207). Specifically, the solicitation requests 4 each of RING SEAL (NSN: 5330-01-534-6701, P/N: 775794-4) and 5 each of RING SEAL METAL (NSN: 5330-01-673-7935, P/N: 5183T84P01). All items must have clear traceability to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), GENERAL ELECTRIC CO., and require documentation proving authorized distributorship. A Certificate of Conformance (COC) is mandatory for all items. The items will be placed in an inventory for future requirements and installation on U.S. Coast Guard aircraft. Delivery is required within 90 days after receipt of order (ARO), with early and partial deliveries being accepted. Quotations are preferred via email.
