Description
The U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command is inviting private industry, academic institutions, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations to use its national test ranges, specialized infrastructure, instrumentation, restricted land and airspace, realistic threat environments, and technical expertise for research, development, testing, experimentation, and evaluation of systems and technologies. Available capabilities include direct-fire, survivability, chemical and biological defense, C4ISR, aviation, missile, sensor, unmanned-system, counter-UAS, directed-energy, electronic-warfare, environmental, climatic, shock and vibration, air-delivery, and nuclear-effects testing. Facilities span diverse environments, including desert, Arctic, tropical, mountainous, electromagnetic, and maritime settings. ATEC also offers formal partnership mechanisms, including Cooperative Research and Development Agreements, Material Transfer Agreements, and Licensing Agreements, through its Technology Transfer Program.
