Description
The State of Louisiana, through the Division of Administration's Office of Facility Planning and Control, is soliciting sealed bids for roof replacement at Basic Science Building L at Louisiana State University's Pennington Biomedical Research Center. The project is identified by Project Numbers 19-671-22-01, F.19002493, 01-107-24-03, and F.01004762 (Supplement). Bidders must hold a Louisiana contractor license in Building Construction or Roofing and Sheet Metal, Siding. Bids must include bid security equal to 5% of the base bid plus all alternates. The successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds. A pre-bid conference is scheduled, and complete bidding documents are available electronically from the designer at no charge.
