Description
The City of Rock Hill is seeking competitive bids from qualified companies to remove and dispose of coarse screenings from the coarse screenings building and fine screens and grit from the preliminary treatment facility at the Manchester Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant. The existing scope includes providing and maintaining one 20-yard dumpster and one 30-yard dumpster, removing full dumpsters within 48 business hours of the City's request, replacing them with empty lined dumpsters, covering loads during transit, and hauling the material to a City-designated landfill. The estimated volume is approximately 60 dumpster trips annually. The contract has a three-year initial term with two optional one-year renewals. Bids must be submitted through the City's eProcurement Portal only; the bid opening is virtual, and no in-person meeting will be held.
